Your Success,Our Future

A career in HK Electric is far more than a job. We provide promising and long-term career paths for our employees and enable them to grow with the Company, display their talents and achieve their aspirations.

Trainee Recruitment

People development is a significant part of our human resources strategy to support our business operations and development. It enhances the knowledge and skills of our employees so that they can perform well in their current roles, achieve their career aspirations and meet future business challenges.

At HK Electric, we recruit around 20 to 30 trainees each year, and we offer Graduate Trainee, Trainee Technician and Trainee Technician II programmes to young graduates from universities and Vocational Training Council Institutes. We also offer Industrial Placement Trainee, Industrial Attachment Trainee and Vacation Trainee programmes to undergraduates and secondary students for various durations. Graduating students are welcome to attend our recruitment talks at their respective universities and institutes. We tailor-make on-the-job learning assignments and classroom training for various types of trainees to attain professional qualifications or standards. Our Graduate Trainee and Trainee Technician programmes are recognised by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
