Despite the resumption of counter services at our Customer Centre, customers are highly encouraged to go digital with their electricity account matters by visiting our corporate website www.hkelectric.com and subscribing our e-bill, e-payment and other e-services so as to reduce social contacts. Customers can also reach us via Customer Service Hotline 2887 3411 during office hours.
