HK Electric will provide a subsidy capped at HK$60,000 each for eligible NGO community centres operating in its supply territory. The subsidy will be used to organise catering activities for underprivileged families and the needy involving purchases of food and beverage at SME eateries participating in the "Care and Share" SME Caterers Subsidy Programme.

HK Electric's non-residential customers (except temporary supply and government accounts) may apply for a capped subsidy to retrofit or install energy-efficient equipment at their premises.

HK Electric provides a 6-month grace period for about 70,000 customers under Non-residential Tariff with low-consumption in 2019. Eligible customers will have their tariff increase waived for January to June 2020.
