Code of Conduct

HK Electric upholds integrity and insists on our employees' being honest and fair in all our business transactions.

It is essential that all our employees should be familiar with our core values and that the Company's reputation is not tarnished by any dishonest acts or corrupt practices. The Code of Conduct Training is part of our orientation for new hires. All our employees must attend the Code of Conduct training. Employees will also receive refresher training on Code of Conduct from time to time. 

Reports and information on any suspected violation, including fraud and illegal acts, should be provided in writing or verbally to the Group Manager, Internal Audit via the following whistleblower channels:
