Super Saver Discount
Customers with consumption not more than 100 units in a month are entitled to receive 5% discount.
The Minimum Charge will be $17.7.
For the first bill or final bill of an account, if the period covered is less than a month, the following charges will be made:
- If the period of supply exceeds 15 days, the above Tariff Table will apply.
- If the period of supply is 15 days or less, the units will be charged in blocks at half the size of the blocks in the above Tariff Table.
"Month" means a period of approximately one month between one normal meter-reading and the next.
"Unit" means kilowatt hour.
Fuel Clause Adjustment (FCA)
A corresponding fuel clause adjustment will be made when the composite fuel price is above or below $700 per 44 gigajoules.
Concessionary Tariff for the Elderly/Disabled/Single-Parent Families/Unemployed
Customers under Concessionary Tariff Scheme for the Elderly/Disabled/Single-Parent Families/Unemployed are entitled to receive 60% discount for the first 200 units of electricity consumed in a month plus the exemption of the payment of deposit and Minimum Charge. The "Super Saver Discount" is also applicable to customers under the Concessionary Tariff Scheme.
